Prescription Refill Policy
If you need your prescription refilled and you are an existing Family Healthcare Partners patient, please call your pharmacy, and request that they fax a request to your physician or provider. They have the appropriate and accurate information and this will speed up your request.
Note: Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed, and 72 hours during weekends.
If you have not seen your physician or provider recently, you may need a visit to ensure your health and safety.
NARCOTICS WILL NOT BE REFILLED BY PHONE OR FAX.
